SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping — Contiguous United States Shipping is included in the listed price for all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us at richard@battlewornrestorations.com before placing your order and we will provide a shipping quote.

Large & Oversized Items Certain large or heavy items — such as vehicle parts, side rails, and other oversized products — may require freight shipping. If your order requires freight delivery, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm shipping costs and arrange delivery. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where freight costs make fulfillment impractical.

Processing Time Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Certain made-to-order items — such as roof insulation foam — require 7-10 days for production before shipping, as noted in the individual product listings.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain products are explicitly marked NO EXPORT and cannot be shipped outside the United States under any circumstances.
